The NCCB Convention Committee is hard at work planning our annual convention. Here’s the information we have so far:

The Convention will be at the Sonesta Hotel in Charlotte.

Convention dates: Sept. 25, 26 and 27

Sonesta Room Rates: $119.00 plus taxes

Check in and Out

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am. Late checkout is available for an additional fee based on availability. Please call the Front Desk for more information.

Housekeeping

To ensure your comfort and privacy, housekeeping services are limited for shorter stays but are always available upon request. Guests staying longer than three nights will receive full service on the third day. We kindly honor all Do Not Disturb (DND) requests—simply place the sign on your door if you prefer not to be disturbed.
