The scholarship committee will review all applications. The Committee may choose to include a telephone interview with the applicant. The Scholarship Committee will recommend recipients to the NCCB Board of Directors or the Executive Board. A member of the Scholarship Committee will notify the scholarship recipient by telephone and by follow up email.  The scholarship shall be used during the 2023-2024 school year.

We congratulate these students on their education thus far and wish them the very best in their educational endeavors.
