Begin Marching

Cross Jones.
S. on Wilmington to NCDOT Building, Wilmington x Morgan.

11:00 a.m.
Rally outside the NC Department of Transportation 
15 minutes of chanting and signing, photo ops.
Remarks by NCDOT representative.

March resumes
