As a result of the recent weather related emergencies this year’s convention location has been moved to Raleigh Durham to allow emergency responders in the Fayetteville area and surrounding communities to better assist those in need.

Paul Edwards’ banquet speech will feature updates on the current status of blind Americans asking the question, “Are we doing as well as we should?”
